Starting in October 2000, NM Cabling began its data installations into the Park Plaza Hotel Group in its 2 new London locations at Victoria and Baker Street. The cabling requirements for the next 2 years were for Cat5e, Fibre Optic, Audio Visual, Coaxial and Conference centre applications, to 425 Bedrooms and 20 meeting rooms and conference rooms.

Throughout the next year NM Cabling also became the preferred cabling installer to Phoenix IT for their call centres and office applications, as well as the preferred installers for the London Borough Of Barnet.

In 2001 The Royal Mail started to upgrade its communications network to its mail sort machines and our company has successfully completed 2 national roll out projects for all 72 RM centres. For the past 4 years our company has also carried out the installations to the UK centres for the moves and changes for the machines, resulting in over 200 centres visited.

During this nationwide roll out, our company has worked for and on the approval list of ROMEC, Royal Mail and Lockheed Martin.

In 2004 our company became approved for Broad Systems a subsidiary of News International and upgraded the communications rooms and office spaces in their head office and satellite office in Bristol.

In 2005 Bournemouth Council enlisted our services for the data cabling upgrades to their library facilities and for the installations to their new build facilities.

Throughout the past 8 years our engineers have regularly attended data training courses and qualifications from industry leaders such as BICSI, IPAF, City and Guilds, Hellerman Tyton and. With this training we offer 25 year manufacturers warranties on our installations.

In 2007 / 2008 our company expanded our blue chip company base and carried out works and consultations for Ernst and Young, EON, The Royal Berkshire Hospital, Wates, Structuretone, Random House, Nokia as well as working in the government facility at Whitehall.
